Laws (likumi), state rules (Noteikumi) and other laws are published in “Latvijas Republikas Saeimas a Ministru Kabineta Zinotajs” before it was declared: “Latvijas Republik Augstakas Padomes es Valdibas Zinotajs” (until July 1993). It contains all laws, decisions, regulations, official announcements and information on state membership in international conventions and conventions. 2) international agreements approved by Parliament; 1. This article cannot be interpreted to interfere with the inviolability of the archives and other official documents of an Ally headquarters or the revision procedure under the protocol, Article 13. Nor is it within the right of the Republic of Latvia to perform functions with respect to international operations or the employment of NATO international civilians or personnel employed by other means at Allied Headquarters for its activities in accordance with Article 32, paragraph 1, of this additional agreement. Allied headquarters assists these authorities in carrying out their duties. Inspections of the premises covered by this article are carried out only with the permission of the head of an allied headquarters and in accordance with current security agreements and NATO security rules.
2. The Republic of Latvia supports the establishment of an international school near an Allies headquarters and ensures that the school enjoys the same facilities and conditions as those granted to private schools in the Republic of Latvia. This support includes support for accreditation by national and international agencies. The modalities for the creation of an international school are defined in a separate agreement between the Allied headquarters and the competent authorities of the Republic of Latvia. When signing a contract with a Latvian company, foreign investors should be aware that an offer followed by acceptance is a binding agreement. The contract is valid even if the party making the offer has not obtained acceptance under Latvian law. In the event that officials affected by international or non-governmental organizations or international courts do not already, under separate agreements or agreements owned by the Republic of Latvia, receive a status granted to members and their relatives under this endorsement, the status granted to members and their relatives under this supplementary agreement is granted to these officers after notification of an Allies headquarters. 3. An All-All-General Staff, in accordance with the policy approved by the North Atlantic Council, the NATO 2109 Standardization Agreement and subsequent agreements, may, at its own expense, set up fixed, mobile and satellite telephony systems, internet services, postal and messaging services, and all other communication and information services in the Republic of Latvia for the official and private use of Allies headquarters and its members.
